1. Program Description

Visionation, LLC ("Visionation," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS/text messaging program used to respond to inquiries, deliver customer care, share appointment and project updates, send account and billing notifications, and — where separately consented to — send marketing and promotional messages about our digital marketing services. Message and data rates may apply.

2. How We Obtain Your Consent

We only send text messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Consent is collected in the following ways:

Web forms. On our contact, quote, onboarding, and lead-capture forms, you may check an unchecked, optional consent box next to this disclosure: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Visionation, LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
Verbal or written agreement. During a phone call, in a signed service agreement, or in a documented email exchange in which you request text communication.
Inbound text. By texting our business number first.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required to receive our services. The consent checkbox on our forms is optional and is never pre-checked.

3. Message Types & Frequency

Customer care / conversational: replies to your inquiries, as needed.
Account & project notifications: onboarding, status, and billing updates, as events occur.
Appointment reminders: typically 1–2 messages per scheduled meeting.
Marketing (separate opt-in): up to 4 messages per month.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

4. Opting Out (STOP)

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also email info@visionationllc.com or call (407) 801-3355 to be removed.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Visionation does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent and received according to your plan.

7. Supported Carriers & Carrier Disclaimer

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you no longer use that number.

9. Mobile Information & Privacy

No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories of information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with subprocessors that operate the messaging platform strictly on our behalf (for example, our CRM and telecom provider), and only to deliver the messages you requested.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued participation in the program after posting constitutes acceptance.
